  • Support implementation and rollout of new systems or process changes, ensuring they fit within the enterprise integration framework.
  • Provide leadership in integration governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across business units.

What We Are Looking For

  • A structured, analytical mindset with a passion for simplifying complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a distributed global team.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, integration design, or process consulting.
  • Proven background in large-scale system implementations or transformations.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or professional services environments preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Additional certification in project management, ERP (e.g., SAP, QAD, Oracle, …), or integration technologies is a plus.
