2. What data we collect
We only hold data you choose to send us. This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind — see our cookie policy for the detail.
Contact form. Full name, work email, company, phone number (optional), the topic you select, your message, and a record that you ticked the consent box.
Job applications. Full name, email, the role you apply for, a link to your LinkedIn profile or portfolio (optional), and your message. If you attach a CV, we receive whatever that document contains.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry. Your consent, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- To assess your application. Your consent, and pre-contractual steps in a recruitment process (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- To keep the site secure. Our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and diagnosing faults (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: 12 months from our last exchange, unless the enquiry becomes a commercial relationship.
- Applications: 12 months from the close of the process, so we can consider you for a later opening. Longer only if you agree.
After those periods we delete the data or anonymise it beyond recovery.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, hand it over in a portable format, or object to our using it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — that does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand.
Write to info@atalora.com and we will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your data to somebody else.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Where the change is significant, we will say so clearly rather than let it pass unnoticed.
