Open Role

Enterprise Applications Integration Project Manager

  • Fully remote — European Union
  • 3+ years in project management
  • Flexible schedule

About the Company

Atalora Digital Services is a startup on a mission to make interoperability accessible across the manufacturing sector. We empower global manufacturers to connect systems, streamline operations, and unlock hidden value through smart, scalable integration solutions. You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking global team that values initiative, innovation, and impact. If you thrive in connecting people, processes, and platforms and want to shape how enterprise systems work together, this is the role for you.

About the Role

We're looking for an Enterprise Applications Integration Project Manager to lead and manage integration engagements for our customers. You'll be responsible for delivering integration projects from start to finish, managing resources, timelines, budgets, and client relationships. You'll work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable value.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading diverse teams, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering meaningful results.

Location

Fully remote, with flexibility to work from any country within the European Union.

What You Will Do

As part of our integration team, you'll be hands-on with cutting-edge technologies and play a key role in delivering robust, high-performance solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead project delivery across multiple clients, managing scope, schedules, resources, and financials.
  • Proactively manage risks and scope changes, preparing proposals, statements of work, and change orders.
  • Escalate blockers early and rapidly — anything that cannot be resolved promptly and could result in delays, budget overruns, or quality issues.
  • Own project administration: time tracking, invoicing, collections, reporting, reviews, and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Support the sales cycle for complex integration projects, participate in client meetings, shape proposals, and contribute to demos or estimates.
  • Actively position Atalora's software and services with clients, helping them understand the value of integration.

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly, and knows how to bring people together to deliver results. You'll be working with technical and functional teams, so a strong grasp of enterprise systems and project delivery is key.

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and the relevant country language.
  • Solid experience on software development projects with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace, project management tools, and PSA applications.
  • Able to effectively present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively handle any caller.
  • Able to produce documentation that is clear, concise, and written to the audience's level.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in ERP or integration projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, HR or supply chain implementations.
  • Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/HR) preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Certification in CAPM® or PMP®.

What We Offer

  • Fair Compensation: competitive pay based on market benchmarks in your country of residence.
  • 100% Remote: work from anywhere within your home country — we trust you to deliver results, not count hours.
  • Short- and Long-Term Incentive Plans: we all share in the company's success through performance-based rewards.
  • Values-Driven Leadership: our core values aren't just words, they guide our decisions and shape our culture every day.
  • Be Part of Something New: join us at the start of an exciting, innovative journey and help shape our future from the ground up.
  • Flexible Vacation Policy: take time off when you need it, we believe rest fuels creativity and excellence.
  • Flexible Schedule: we're a results-oriented organization that believes in work-life balance. Start early to pick up your kids or hit the gym; we trust you to manage your time responsibly.
  • Great Working Environment: we work hard, celebrate our wins, and enjoy the journey together.
